U15 Girl's v Brooklands (Cup Semi Final)

The game was played at Brooklands and the pitch was perfect. The weather was nearly perfect, except for a few heavy down pours.

We have 14 players, from which 3 were U13s (they did really well as usual).

First two quarters, we controlled the game from the word go. Controlled attacks, great defending and great goal keeping. Quarter 1 we were leading 5 – 3 and in Quarter 2 we pulled further away (6 – 1). First half score was 11 – 4 for us.

Quarter 3 and 4 were much tougher and closer. Couple of bad decisions and unlucky with a few shots and Quarter 3 was a 3 – 3 draw and we narrowly won the final quarter 4 – 3.

Final score was 18 – 10 for TLC U15s.

Overall, a good performance but we need to step up at times and play with more urgency. Well done for reaching the final. The final is on Friday 8th May at Wilmslow Lacrosse Club.
