Sandy is an ex-scientist and a mum of one. She has always been interested in movement as an essential ingredient of keeping our bodies and minds healthy. She is an ACE certified PT and group trainer as well as as certified Bootcamp Coach. Sandy is also certified in pre and post natal fitness specialist and has apprenticed with Singapore's leading post-natal exercise and rehab expert to gain experience the practical side of helping mums get back on the fitness train and also rehabilitating mums who experienced pregnancy related trauma like pelvic floor weakness and more commonly, diastasic recti (separation of the abdominal muscles).
Most recently, Sandy has gained her certification as a Metafit Coach. Metafit is a trademarked bodyweight only HIIT workout protocol designed to get the metabolism fired up for the rest of your day in the shortest amount of time.
