Calven Bland Titans Director
Calven “The Beige Assassin” Bland loves Rugby. A New Zealander of European and Fijian heritage he has been playing rugby since he was 5yrs old and still manages the odd game with the WanderersRFC Veterans side.
That currently amounts to 37yrs running around the paddock with the egg shaped ball, all that time in the forward pack and always in the front row.
A loosehead Prop by training but a very capable head when it comes to coaching and organizing things around rugby.
Calven or “Beige” as he is known is a keen rugby administrator and promoter of the sport. His involvement spans multiple countries and at various levels both as a player, co-ordinator and administrator.

Calven’s love of rugby has been developed through junior club rugby, school rugby, NZ Army Rugby, University Rugby and Senior Mens Rugby in NZ, and since 2005 in Singapore with the WanderersRFC as a player, coach and administrator
Calven’s ultimate aim for TitansRFC is to grow the club organically and help increase the number of kids playing this great sport. One of the key factors to growing Titans will be increasing the number of local children playing the sport in Titans and hopefully for many years in Singapore through the various rugby grades
