Below is the information regarding the accommodation and itinerary for the Cornwall tour. I would love to be able take all the credit, but Ian has been the main driver for this and I am literally acting as coordinator.
Transport
You will need to organise your own transport.
Please can you confirm if you are taking someone else’s child, ie: Tom Puddiphatt and Harrison, just so that we can make sure that everyone is sorted.
Accommodation (which you should have booked directly with Travelodge)
We are staying at Travelodge - Newquay Seafront. Cliff Road TR7 2NE

Itinerary
Saturday 2nd Feb
It was suggested that we take the kids (and the big kids) Go-Carting on the way down. This is obviously completely at your individual discretion, but it would be a fantastic way to start the tour and it would be great to get as many as possible to take part.
The idea is to meet at St Eval Go Carting - PL27 7UN at 12.30pm and race until about 3pm. Depending on numbers attending, we may need this amount of time for everyone to get 30 mins of carting (if you have football commitments, you should still be able to take part if you arrive before 2pm).
It’s an outdoor circuit and the carts are fast and cost £12 for 10 mins for the boys, but if you book 3 sessions, the 3rd is half price meaning £30 for 1/2 hour which is a reasonable length of time and about standard price.
Could you please advise if you are coming so we can book places? Adults can have a go as well, in adult carts.

The following are approx. times.
3.00 - 3.30 pm book in at Newquay Travelodge
3.30 - 4.30 pm - Beach rugby netball etc on the beach below the hotel.
4.45 pm - 6.15 pm Newquay Town Centre - Parents are in charge of their boys from this point on. Arcades suggestion for boys. Walkabout Bar Eng v Ireland for adults or an other activity for those who wish to.
6.30 - 7.30 pm kids eat possibly at The Fort or the bar at the Great Western Hotel or elsewhere.
7.30 pm - 8.30 pm Bar at the Great Western. Mid Term Awards Ceremony.
8.30 pm at liberty - Adults meal

10 am Meet at Newquay Rugby Club at 10 am. Yeoman Way - TR7 2SL
Looking forward to a typically enjoyable Topsham tour, and I hope as many of you as possible can join in with the full weekend, however it will still be awesome just to get the boys away together ON TOUR!
