Tornados get hung out to dry again.

An experienced M3's Tornados squad travelled to Sengkang Stadium on a warm Saturday afternoon to face a Team Hockey Innovative squad boasting a full squad of young players. The first half was a tight affair, with Tornados playing some high class team hockey against a team that had some top quality individuals. A conceded penalty corner drag flick was the only difference at half time as Tornados went into the interval 0-1 down

The second half saw Team Hockey Innovative's fitness and bench strength start to take advantage of some tiring Tornado's legs, and scored three quick fire goals to take the game beyond any doubt. THI doubled their lead with a penalty stroke, followed by another PC before rounding off the score line with an open play goal. Final score 0-4

Speaking to the press after the game, Man of the Match - Kristian Jones – was quoted as saying "the two halves of hockey was a textbook juxtaposition example of good and bad". Wise words, which were thoughtfully absorbed by his disappointed team mates as they look for a change in fortune in the coming weeks
