Derby Match

A high quality, well fought game took Tornados up the ladder to supercede SCC after a significant 2-0 victory.
Both goals were scored in the first half. The first very early on, due to a great pass from Alan and a on point strike from Andy Ferguson.
Second goal is said to be in contention for goal of the season! With Alan at the top of the D with 8 players blocking the way he came up with the ingenious decision to scoop the ball high over everyone into the net, just making it under the cross-bar.
SCC remained strong throughout the game with very skillful younger forwards who gave the Tornados defensive lineup many challenges not least of all the returning Goal Keeper Jaiveer who made at least 8 top quality saves earning him Man of the Match.
