Toll taken on tired ten

Nice to see Ahsan get runs with his first 50 of the season. Jake again looked good but fell to a crafty spinner for 40, Sathees also looked great for a quick-fire 22 but failed to go on.
Steve picked up an LB with a big in swinger to the left-handed opener with his third ball, Bipin hit the stumps twice in his 4th over, and while 8 bowlers were used with Krunal aka Arjun getting his first run out for the 3s, the experienced Weston bats exploited the gaps in the field (we were ten) and always had a bit in hand.
Smit rallied the tired ten with two wickets, and Bill was Bill and picked up one, but with Neil suffering from his marathon trek to Baku mid-week it was all over in the 41st with a well-deserved win for Weston.
