There has been a lot of speculation and excitement about meeting up again socially.

Well we can tell you. It is from this Saturday 4th July, from 1.00pm

As we have been informed, we will be one of the few premises in and around Towcester that will be ready to open this weekend.
Because of that, we will be limiting those who can come to Members and their families to come. This is because, like the virus, we do not want to be overwhelmed. We need you, our membership, sponsors and supporters to help us make the Beer Garden a huge success but above all for it to be a safe and secure environment for all.

Okay, so what have we got planned!?
Although from the 4th July we will be able to open up both inside and out, we have taken the decision for the time being to only open as a beer garden so as to gauge what the demand will be and how we can manage such an event safely for you and our staff.

These are the measures and plans we have put in place for next weekend onwards which will be constantly reviewed as we learn from our and your experience.

Whilst we really need your support to help us with some vital income, the overriding emphasis is on safety. Just because we can socialise together does not mean COVID-19 has gone away.
We appreciate your understanding with what we are trying to achieve. Thank you.

Okay, so this is what is required by you and what you can expect:

• We plan on opening from July 4th onwards at the times below.

• We will be allowing MEMBERS ONLY (and families) to come having previously booked a table (Maximum 6 people per table as per law). This will be on a strictly first come first served basis. Bookings will only be able to be made by phone with the following procedure

• You may phone 07745 162002 from 9.00am-6.00pm to book, giving your name, phone number, the date and time you wish to book for and the number in your party.

• You may book any number of hours within the opening hours, but if you leave a lot earlier than planned, we may re book your table afterwards. This is to ensure all members get the chance to visit and socialise with friends.

• Ample car parking is provided, but your admittance will be limited. Access will be through gates in the car park through security fencing where you will check in and be allocated your table.

• At the gate you will be required by law, to provide the name and contact details of EVERYONE in your party. We will keep this for 21 days before destroying it.

• Once inside you must adhere to the House Rules (below, and on your table).

• We will have a great selection of drinks and snacks available but there will not be any food available at this juncture (soon we hope!) please feel free to bring you own picnics etc, but remember to tidy up afterwards.

• We have enough seating available to have 150 of our family at any one time and may increase that subject to demand and being able to do so safely. The local council and police have indicated they will be doing numerous spot checks on us.

• An ordering procedure will be available on each table together with security and safety advice, we strongly recommend you read it.

• Although the area will be secured with security fencing, we would actively encourage you to go out and see how our new development is progressing and if the kids need to run around that is great, but they must be accompanied by an adult. No drinks will be permitted outside of the Beer Garden.

• When your allotted time is up we would expect you to leave and vacate it for other members booking please.

• Toilets are available subject to the guidance you will find on the table.

• We would ask you all to help remove any rubbish into the bins provided and help our staff who will have a difficult job to perform throughout the day.

The initial opening hours will be:
Saturday 4th July: 1.00pm – 10.00pm
Sunday 5th July: 12.00 Noon – 6.00pm
Tuesday 7th July: 6-10.00pm
Thursday 8th July: 6-10.00pm
Friday 8th July: 6-10.00pm

These times will be reviewed subject to demand!
