Under 14's win Both Matches on Tour

A great weekend of Rugby from the Under 14's during their 2017/18 Season Tour hosted by Wellington RFC in Somerset.

Our first match was against Barnstaple who had beaten a combined W&W team in their first game. The boys started strong and Try's from Olly Adams & Tom Jameson and a conversion by Tom Fell game us the lead 12-0 going into Halftime. We started the second half as the first ended with Charlie Bodkin catching the ball from the kickoff and running through Barnstaple's defence scores Tows first try of the second half which was converted by Tom Fell. Three mins later Alfie Cawthorne drove himself over the line to score under the posts, converted by Tom Fell.. Barnstaple clearly on their back foot made a break through with a run down the wing scoring their first and only try of the game, the conversion attempt was missed. With only a few mins to go Alfie Cawthorne pops the ball over the try line for his second try in this match which was converted by Tom Fell with the final kick off the game..
