A fantastic 80 mins of rugby down at Old Greens Norton Rd in the sunshine!
The last game for the Roses before a well deserved summer break!
Biggleswade came out strong, a newly developed team, who showed strength in numbers & proved that hard work pays off.
A score line very close at just 10-12 showed how great the game was. With many ladies playing out of position and brand new players having their first run out, it was a great end to a fantastic season even with the loss!
Everyone gave 100%! Great to see Carley Young playing her very first game. Earning her 70 mins on the field. Captain Amy Lovell back from her broken leg, got a few crucial minutes under her belt showing you can get back up when you’ve been put down!
Laura Vickery stepped out as Captain for the game for the first time! And lead the team out well. With Lyns Reeve standing by her side as Vice Captain.
