Tows’ injury and availability crisis continued this weekend as they traveled to newly promoted Olney.
Two early tries from the home team made for a frustrating start to the game.
Tows then responded when out of position James Falvey threw a long pass to James Snook who dotted down.
A penalty from Matt Yuill got Tows back into the game only to see Olney grab back the momentum with a converted try on the point of half time.
A dull second 40 saw a yellow card for Tows center Snook and a try from his opposite number which gave Olney their first win of the season.
The final score was Olney 26 Towcestrians 8.
