The event certainly sparked Tows into action who started the brighter in this second versus third league clash.
All the Tows pressure was however thwarted as Windsor showed what they could do, spreading the ball to left wing Boland who scored.
With the visitors going down to fourteen men following a yellow card, Tows turned the screw only to foolishly have a kickable penalty reversed.
Tows’ score finally came as Pepe Nanci broke and passed to opposite winger Matt Yuill, who crossed the white wash.
However making the most of their limited possession Windsor came back to within a point of the home side as they latched onto a kick through to score.
Tows started the second half in a ferocious fashion as Pepe Nanci again created and scored a try under the posts, then a failed chip over the top landed in the grateful hands of Liam Wilkinson who steamed through the oncoming defence to find Falvey to score.
In the last quarter Tows’ discipline again was there downfall, picking up two yellow cards. Windsor took advantage of their wounded enemy to score one penalty try and another try under the posts as the forwards bustled over. This gave the visitors a losing bonus point and ended the game with a quite unrealistic score line.
Tows 1s 2s 3s 4s and colts all won at the weekend.
