The visitors started well and scored after a long period of possession, running through countless tackles.
Easing themselves into the game, Tows endured a 20 minute period in Reading’s twenty two. Only a Ronny Speakman break could falter the excellent Reading defence as he scored the home team’s first.
Tows now on top, took the lead out wide with a try from Pepe Nanci, bang on half time.
After the break Tows cemented their lead, with an awesome pick up to score from a cross field kick excellently created by Matt Yuill.
Shortly after charismatic captain Liam Wilkinson came up with the ball from a line out drive to put Tows seemingly in control of proceedings.
To their credit, Reading came back with two tries towards the end of the game, to secure them a losing bonus point.
All together a good game for Tows, however they do need to wake up in the opening minutes of the game and towards the end if they are to challenge for the top spot.
