Young Side Start Well

Callum Jones was to open the scoring and his personal account on 5 minutes having run the length of the field in support of a backs break, Tows took control scoring at 5 minute intervals up to half time. Matt Huck, Callum Jones (2) Adam Wilkinson (2) Gareth Collins and Matt Yuill converting all contributing to a half time score 32 - 0.
At the break Tows made 8 changes whilst bolstering the visitors side with 2 loan players, this was not to change the run of play and Tows continued to play high intensity rugby and add a furhter 57 points. Tries coming from Ronnie Speakman, Adam Wilkinson (3rd), Billy Jones, Callum Jones (3rd), Martyn Harvey, Kieran Frost (2) with Matt Yuill converting a further 5.
All in all a good opener with some sterner challenges to come, thank you to Ryan Blackwell, Aaron Goodman, Tom Doran, Ben Lawrence who played for both sides and made it a worthwhile contest.
