Towcestrians RFC U18’s 17pts v Bletchley RFC U18’s 15pts

A quick rearranged fixture due to water logged pitches at Towcester saw a large contingent of U17’s playing up a year away at Bletchley.
The weather was a good leveller as the game never got going.
The forwards did the brunt of the work but the condition lead to lots of mistakes.
Bletchley never looked like crossing the try line and kicked all of their points with Laurence Bexendale scoring a try and kicking all of Towcesters points to win the match with the last kick of the game.

A return fixture for the Colts next week against top of the table Bletchley will be a hard task if they don’t pick up their game from this week.
