Tower Hamlets will begin the Essex Senior League season with an East London derby away to Redbridge on Saturday 29th July.
We then make the short trip to Old Spotted Dog, for another derby against newly-promoted Hackney Wick on Tuesday 1st August . Following the FA cup tie at Broxbourne four days later, we return to the Dog to face Clapton on Saturday 12th August. The reverse takes place 13 days later as we welcome the Tons and their all-singing, all-dancing supporters the Clapton Ultras to Mile End for some Friday Night Football on Friday 25th August.
Our first derby match with Sporting Bengal will be with us as the "away" side on Saturday 2nd September.
The ESL fixtures have had to be compiled manually as a result of a series of technical difficulties involving the FA Full-Time/Whole Game system, which would normally arrange the fixtures by computer, but a nationwide fault in the system has caused mayhem for clubs and leagues around England. The Essex Senior League Committee have been working extremely hard all day and through the night since the constitution was confirmed to get the fixtures released correctly, but August's and September's game have now been scheduled with the league ensuring the remaining months will be issued in due course.
