THE WHITE Tigers get back into action for the first time in a fortnight on Saturday as we welcome Dartford to Plainmoor (kick-off 3.00pm).
The enforced break has given manager, Leigh Robinson, extra time to work with the players on the training ground as we look to kick-start our season and start climbing up the table.
“We’ve worked hard over the past two weeks,” said Robinson. “We’re showing a lot of good stuff, but there are also areas of our game that need attention as they are costing us and hopefully the fruits of our labours will be seen, starting at the weekend.
“We are due a change of luck at some point. By working hard we can change our fortunes but we need to start helping ourselves.
“It will be another stern test for us against a Dartford side that have started the season brightly. They have quality throughout their side, but we are looking forward to getting back out there and securing our first win at Plainmoor.”
Dartford sit in sixth place in the table and have two wins from their six League games on their travels this term.
