Your nomination deadline for committee and club roles for the new season is approaching. All nominations should reach the club secretary Bob Curry by midnight on Tuesday 13th August 2019. Please email to bubbleybob@btinternet.com.

All subscribed members(members who have paid their subscriptions in the 2018-19 season, or those who were made honorary vice presidents) have the right to both be nominated for or to nominate another members in the following areas. Each member can make one nomination with the candidates agreement in each area.

Area 1 - Statutory Elected Positions...

These are the club president, treasurer and secretary. The treasurer is currently in a two year term so nominations will only be received for the positions of president ( currently Roger Kench) and secretary (currently Bob Curry).

Area 2 - Committe Member...

There are 7 positions available on the club's Committe who's will serve alongside the secretary,treasurer, president and immediate past president.

Area 3 - Elected Voluntary Roles

Below are a list of the elected voluntary roles and the person who current holds the position. All will be up for re-election, a member can be nominated by different members for more than 1 role.

Nominations received for or by current unsubscribed members will not be taken into consideration. Where more than one candidate is elected for a role a vote will be held at the AGM to determine who will hold the position.

Nominated candidates will be published within the AGM agenda on Wednesday 14th August 2019.
