Straight from the restart, Tupton stayed relentless in their attack after a huge tip pass from Jamie Barnett to Luke Marshall, gaining Tupton the ground they needed to put them in range for a third penalty kick from Sam Cooper.
The next phases of play saw fantastic sporting ability, a huge tackle from Will Eyre put Tupton on the front foot in defence, this was followed by a crucial turnover in the ruck by Vice Captain James Blakey, finally, Jordan White recovered ground for Tupton following a missed penalty kick from West Bridgford. After this tremendous display of ability, Tupton fought hard in the opponent's five meter channel, before finally making their way over the try line with a chip through West Bridgford's defence, captured by Sam Cooper, who went on to convert the try, ending the half at 16-0
The second half kicked off with flare, as Will Eyre raced across the pitch to catch the restart kick, this caught West Bridgfords defence off guard and allowed Will to make a lot of yards, falling just short of the try line. A further penalty kick by Sam Cooper gave Tupton an extra three points on their lead, before an unfortunate yellow card inside Tuptons five meter line for Harvey Bird fresh off of the bench for repeated team offences, however the team stepped up, working extra hard to keep West Bridgford away from the try line.
Soon after, Tupton secured their first try of the second half and the first try for Tuptons first XV's newest winger Oliver Eyre, who caught a excellently placed kick through the defensive line by Jordan White, which was then converted by Sam Cooper.
Though the game was nearly concluded, Tuptons tempo continued to hold out, with a thundering run down the wing from Josh Rose, coming just short of a try, which subsequently led into a link up between Scrum Half Tom Eyre and Captain Jordan White, which found Tom Eyre over the try line like his brother before him. Tuptons forwards at this point were tired of seeing the backs line scoring and decided to get one in for themselves, with a ground making maul off of the back of a lineout, that landed in the hands of Jack Holland who drove to the five meter line, before Danny Grattage dove for the line adding another five points to the scoreboard.
In the penultimate play of the game, Will Eyre joined his brothers on the scoreboard, stealing West Bridgfords lineout, and pushing aside two players to land himself over the try line. In the final moments, Danny Grattage fought to keep possession of the ball, running the clock down till the final whistle.
