This is report I'm sad to tell
Of how the might bristol 3's fell.
Through blistering winds and stormy rain
We attacked exeter again and again.
The first ten minutes we truely performed
Until the exeter press suddenly formed.
Finally our transfers were a blinding success
With the forwards leads causing exeter stress.
Despite the weather we tried our best
And our fitness was really put to the test.
Charlie Fry was our man of the match
But Laura Bruce forgot the jelly patch.
The score does not reflect our skill
Because we had to climb that hill!
The forwards played a blinding game
With Charlie's goal, her claim to fame.
She finally slapped it in the net-
The look on their faces we won't forget.
With eight new freshers joining the team,
Their commitment and dedication were pristine,
One special name we need to mention
Was Freya the goalie who had a lot of attention!
She dived around from left to right,
Saving many goals, giving exeter a fright.
Although we failed to bridge the gap
Meg really enjoyed her tuna wrap.
Our play as a team was very exciting
And next Wednesday we will come back fighting!
