19-year-old Michael Foy joined the Munster Rugby Academy last summer. The Cork native began his playing career in Carrigaline RFC at age four before making the move to Cork Constitution to play amongst the age-grade ranks.  Over the past two seasons Foy has played in back-to-back Pinergy Munster Schools Boys Senior Cup finals with Christian Brothers College. The 19-year-old represented Ireland U19s last season, starting against France in a 19-10 win in April. He also lined out for Munster U19s during the Interpros at the beginning of the 2023/24 season.
