URFC’s Director of Rugby, Scott Murphy will be running the sessions. From 6.30pm-7.30pm we will be running the sessions for the Mini & Youth (u10’s-u16’s) players, these sessions are open to all players new and old to the game as well as male and female. For the first few weeks these sessions will be FREE of any charge.

From 7.30pm-8.30pm we will be running the 16+ sessions again open to all players new and old, both male and female. Please be aware that these events are purely social where enjoyment is high on the agenda. Again, for the first few weeks these sessions will be FREE of charge.
