Touch rugby starts the Autumn ten week block of sessions tonight Monday 22nd September then every Monday for ten weeks, at Emerson Park academy, from 6.30pm till 8.30pm.
Playing on an all weather pitch so astro's or trainers no studded boots. The sessions will be open to all aged 12 and over male and female. This ten week block we will try and be a bit more structured and offer fitness drills as well as coaching.
The cost for the session will be £2.50 per person per session all ages, and an option to pay for the ten week block up front of £20.00
The pitches are floodlit, the are changing rooms and toilets available.
