Current players and those wishing to join USF Rugby club for the 2019-2020 season should follow this program.

It is CRITICAL that ALL current AND potential NEW players follow this program. Team up with at least ONE buddy and get it done TOGETHER.
We need everyone to be aerobically fit and strong to build on our Spring 2019 success and retain the Florida Championship AND get through to 2020 USA Rugby Nationals.
