For this section of Tryline Treasures, we thought we'd ask the man probably most familiar with the try line. Sam has this wonderful knack of just running through defences and working in the hard yards! When asked for his view of this season he responded "This season has been one of the most enjoyable and competitive I have played at Uxbridge so far."

At the start of the season we brought in a new coach Nick Lambert, who consequently had to leave midway through the season, but not before putting his imprint on the way we play! "With a new style of play, injecting more pace & flow into our game, we managed to push the top teams in the league and land a fourth place spot"

Hopefully we'll have some news regarding the possible starting point of the upcoming season, and we all share Sam's hopes of "continuing to develop as a team next season and seeing if we can go even further!
