Brenda, Jane, Clair and families would like to pass on their thanks and appreciation for all the support, cards, messages and donations received in memory of Chris.

We were overwhelmed with the numbers who attended the memorial football match at VCD and then his funeral on Thursday. It has meant a great deal to us all to see and hear how much he was loved by so many.

We are also grateful to so many people for their generosity. We have so far received more than £2200 in donations which will be used to buy a memorial bench at VCD Football Club and also gifted to the Air Ambulance charity.
