Come out for some conditioning and rugby skills training in preparation for X-Mas Sevens as well as next season.
Offseason practices will be held on Tuesday 12/3 and Thursday 12/5 at 6:30pm. Players will meet at the NEX parking lot (closest to the gate) of Oceana NAS located at 1850 Tomcat Blvd. Virginia Beach, VA.
New players are encouraged to attend these sessions as game exposure and comprehension will help provide you with a head start in the Spring.
