The summer sevens program will commence on Monday, 5/19 at 6:30pm. We will be meeting at the Oceana NEX parking lot (1449 Tomcat Blvd.) at 6:30pm. A pair of cleats and a genuine desire to improve your conditioning & skills is all you will need for practice.

Practices will take place on Mondays at 6:30pm (1449 Tomcat Blvd.), Thursdays at 6:30pm at Lafayette Park in Norfolk for scrimmages with the Blues (bring a light and a dark shirt), and Sunday afternoons at 1:00pm for beach rugby at the oceanfront (exact location TBD on Monday).
