Cone work is a vital part of any warm up and you can literally perform 20 different warm up exercises with a simple set of 6 cones. Fast Feet is a drill that emphasises agility, speed, balance and control. Fast Feet Drills can be performed with or without a ball, and are perfect for warming up before a game, during the half time break and as a warm down at the end of the game. In this drill we are literally on our toes moving as fast as we can through the cones (you can also use a ladder for this) putting both feet in each space between the cones and finishing with a sprint in at the end for warm ups do this x 4, swopping sides each time you go through, then move on to another Fast Feet drill and continue your warm up. Difficulty Level - Basic
