Camels Chairman Martin Bricknell writes.....
Over the weekend we held our fundraising dinner. One hundred and twenty guests enjoyed a great meal prepared by Guy Owen of The St. Enodoc Hotel, Tim Kendall of the Rising Sun, Henk from Treviskers Kitchen and Craig Fox of The St. Kew Inn. A huge thank you to the four of them for freely giving their time and expertise. Our MC for the evening was the lovely Lucy Start from Pirate FM and our guest from the rugby world was GK Van Velse, a South African International who currently plays for Bath. Also thanks are due to all the people who supported the event and those that gave the wonderful prizes for the raffle and auction. Finally a big thank you to Rachel and Sam Bishop who helped so much with the organising and who provided the venue.
