Attached is the new development plan for our club. A group of key people in our club have met, discussed and have came up with this idea! This is the vision of where we want to go and the goals we want to achieve.

I think we all would agree that this season has been a real turning point within the club and everything is getting better and better! This plan is designed to keep the ball rolling so we can continue to keep up the good work, increase participation levels, opportunities, imagine in the community and a whole host of other positive things!

Together by implementing the development model we will be an even greater club than we already are! Lets keep rugby in our community and club growing so we can be the best we can!
