Pre-season training begins Tuesday 10th July.
Please arrive at 6.45pm ready to start promptly at 7pm.
There will be a session every Tuesday and Thursday throughout the summer.
The sessions are for all seniors, U18s and U17s as we start the new season together as one club.
Tuesdays will concentrate on fitness and be a dedicated workout.
Thursdays will be a bit more relaxed with plenty of games focused on skill development.
In the build up to the start of the new season we are playing in the Bath Combination 7s and having an external trial game against Combe Down RFC. These will enable us to hit the first fixtures fully up to speed, but it will take a bit of commitment on your part to participate in training and ensure you're in good condition for the start of the season.
To that end we hope to see many of you start training sooner rather than later and we will be contacting people to encourage you up.
