It aims to support our goal of regularly competing for trophies while giving regular cricket , at the appropriate level, to those who are committed. To achieve these aims, while developing players should expect to play in friendlies and mid-week leagues, coaches will select what they consider to be the strongest team for serious competitions.

To be selected for matches, juniors will need to regularly attend Friday training.

We hope that parents and juniors understand the policy and believe selection to be fair and transparent.
