Paul Halsey has spoken of his pleasure that so many of last year's successful squad have committed for next season. He is expecting more to be confirmed later as well as to announce some fresh faces who will bring new blood to the club's effort to maintain last season's run.

You can get a chance to meet them at the annual presentation evening which is currently and tentatively planned for Saturday, July 11th. Much will depend on the government's policy on social distancing being loosened and maybe also on the weather. It is hoped to spend a lot of the evening outside of the clubroom.

Training has started with appropriate social distancing which is a reminder to us all to play our part in keeping the R number below 1. After all any resurgence of the virus will further delay the start of the new season.
