Reece Crowter topped an excellent performance with a great equaliser just after the break but Ware went down to defeat when a clearance was sliced into the net for an own goal in stoppage time. It was Reece's first goal for the club.
There were debuts for Denis Rusevicius (16 years old) & Cory Rodriguez (17) whilst other products of the youth sides were Devonte Simms, Ethan Gannon and of course Reece Crowter.
Most of these younger players may have to wait for a regular first team place but it's good to see them holding their own in the first team.
Ware's line up in the first half included: Ethan Gannon, Finlay Titchmarsh, Patrick Adamson, Leigh Rose, Cory Rodriguez, Marcus Milner, Jordan Westcott, Liam Hope, Andre McCollin and Williams Danquah.
In the second period it was: Ethan Gannon, Finlay Titchmarsh, Patrick Adamson, Danny Wickenden, Denisas Ruscevicius, Tom Bruno, Jordon Watson, Albert Adu, Reece Crowter and Devonte Simms.
In an entertaining game Step 3 Hendon took the lead through Sam Corcoran who curled the ball just inside the goal from distance on 38 minutes.
