Rovers look to be a completely different side this season to the one we met last time round. They currently sit fifth in the table, four points behind us but with a game in hand. They will be well aware that victory on Saturday would leave them with the potential to overtake us.
Last season saw us gain a comfortable double over the Walnut Boys with a 5-2 home win in which Tom Bruno scored what turned out to be our goal of the season and 5-0 away in a game that turned out to be Rechan Esprit's coming of age as a first teamer. It's going to be a lot harder this time. Could this become our first draw of the league season?
The man to look out for is top scorer Ben Baker who has recorded nine goals this season. Rovers have lost their last two home games including last Saturday's 4-1 reverse against Hadley who we beat on Tuesday. Each game is different but with the club celebrating its 130th birthday the day before this game we'll be hoping that your support will help us celebrate in style.
