The Terrors got off to something of a slow start to the season and only scored their second league win at the beginning of October, beating Hertford 3-1. Since then however, and after two away defeats, they have won four more in succession. Their first match back at Imperial Fields since that victory over Hertford will doubtless find home supporters expectant of seeing it become five in a row.
The man to look out for would appear to be Danny Bassett who has netted in each of those four wins with six of the 12 goals scored. The run has helped United to rise from the lower half of the table to the fringe of the play-offs.
For Ware the midweek win at Bishop's Stortford by the Under-23s saw Jordon Watson ease himself back towards full fitness with two goals. I'm expecting Paul Halsey to persevere with the set up for the front four but whether Louis Blake continues as the point man or Watson now comes in we will find out on Saturday.
Another issue facing Halsey is at right back where Harry Norman is available after suspension but he has to displace Charlie Yexley who played well against Hayes last week.
This will be the first ever meeting between the two clubs so clearly it is our first visit to Imperial Fields. For those who wish to avoid polluting the atmosphere with their car's exhaust the ground is a short walk south from Mitcham tram stop, which itself is just six stops from Wimbledon railway station.
