We've beaten Chalfont twice on their ground already this season without conceding a goal so we shouldn't be short of confidence for this game. It makes a change as our over all record against the Bucks side is not that great, just ten wins in thirty meetings.

Before this season we last met in league competition when we were both in the Southern League in 2015/6. Chalfont gained a double over us that time round.

This week finds them in 15th place in the table with eight wins and 11 draws from 31 games. They are the only team to have dropped points to Hertford during Adam Fisher's reign as manager at Hertingfordbury Park. However, that was five weeks ago and more recently Chalfont have scored victories over FC Romania and Waltham Abbey though they lost at home to Northwood last week.

Ware will have worries over Gareth Madden's fitness after he was rested for last week's win at Chipstead. He is just one game short of equalling his brother Rhys's appearances for the club which in turn means he is two short of making the 150 mark. There are also concerns over Charlie Yexley and Leigh Rose whilst Ben Hart and Harry Norman are still out.
