What better way to celebrate a bank holiday than with the final home game of this thoroughly enjoyable season; a local contest between two teams who have been vying for a place in the play-offs for much of the period since last August? Let's hope the weather responds and provides a fitting background to what should be another exciting game.

Ware looking to finish the season no lower than seventh and a home win would go a long way to achieving that whilst completing a double over the only Essex side in our division. We won 2-1 at Capershotts just after Christmas, it was a third successive away win as we geared up for what became a run of eight away successes.

Our previous home meeting came at the beginning of last season and although it was another 2-1 win the fact that the goal scorers were Marcus Milner and Yannick Kamanan tells us how much has changed since then.
