Warlingham romp home in one sided contest

Warlingham scored a comprehensive victory over a battling Crescent side who in the end had no answer to the pace and passing game Warlingham employed.

Warlingham went ahead early on when Ray Guilford headed home from close range. Further goals were added by Neaves 2, Eames 2 and Bugden 1. They even had the luxury of a Neaves penalty miss as he went after his hatrick having grabbed the ball from Eames.

Warlingham are now beginning to look stronger as players return from holiday's etc. The only downside was that midfielder Brindley broke an ankle and had to be replced midway through the first half by Liam Burton. Brindley looks like to could be out for a few months. A particularly tough blow as he has just returned from a Cruciate injury.

Warlingham play away at last seasons Champions, Staines Lammas on Saturday.
