Stocky was a legend at WFC. Many will remember him as a combative midfield player, uncompromising in every aspect of his game. He played for many years and across all our teams. He moved into management and showed the same commitment to that role.

He was never without a smile and a laugh and was a pleasure to know both as a team mate and a friend. More recently he was seen regularly at the club, walking his dog on Saturday afternoon's and taking in the games from a distance.

He will be very much missed by all his friends at WFC. Our thoughts are with his wife Rose, son Chris and the wider Stock family.
