To firmly establish Waveney F.C. as the flagship Football Club and most respected F.A. Charter Standard Community Club in the North Suffolk area and far beyond

• To provide the best possible football experience for everyone involved with Waveney F.C. regardless of their age, ability, gender, ethnic origin or sexuality
• To maintain a positive impact on the local community and develop better people through football, whilst creating a lasting legacy which develops a lifelong association for all players, coaches, officials, volunteers & supporters
• To retain and attract footballers to Waveney F.C. through a youth football pathway to U18s and provide a sustainable and achievable link from youth & female players into adult football
• To support the development of all coaches and players to reach their full potential, enabling all four corners of the FA’s long-term player development model of technical, Physical, Social and Psychological to be achieved
• To lead the way in instigating and sustaining all F.A. good practice guidelines throughout the club
