Tunbridge "not so" Wells!

White wash win for Weavering

Another Sunny day began at the Warriors turf as Tunbridge Wells III Paid a visit, hoping to get a nice result under their belts.
The Day was warm and the sky was clear... as clear as the Tunbridge score sheet!

The Warriors were looking to regain their confidence after the defeat against Leigh the previous week ( 26 - 30) and today they were ready to go to battle to get that big W.
And a BIG W they got!
The warriors were ready from the start against a much weaker Tunbridge Wells 3rd team and the game exploded into action from the whistle.
Throughout the game, the Warriors kept pounding away at TW3 like a professional boxer pounding away at a sack of spuds hanging in a wet paper bag.
TW had no chance!
The Warriors played Weavering Rugby and put the game plans into action and the play that had been practised many times in training had paid off against an unprepared and unready TW3 side.
It was by no means an even match as the Warriors were on form with every phase throughout the game.
George "Minky" Glover started the scores for the Warriors as he ploughed through the TW3 non existent defence early into the game.
After many months out with a twisted knee, The second try was scored by the newly returned Dom the Sexy Clark as he ran with great speed through TW3 with ease.
The next try came when a pass from Tom Ireland to Shaun the Sheep was mowed through as Sheep was backed up by Bradders and Ollie and they got across the line and Sheep planted the ball!
With the conversions by team captain Jim Swaisland, the score was now 19 - 0
A second try with Minky smashing through TW3 and a conversion again from Swais got the warriors to 26 - 0!
The score was taken to 31 - 0 when Charlie Brooker flew through.. yes THROUGH TW3 and planed the ball for another try!
Just before half time, Swais took a penalty getting the ball dead centre of the posts taking the lads to 34 - 0

Half Time gave the guys a chance to regroup and basically, keep to the game plan while TW3 simply had no hope.
Tom Ireland received an offload from Minky to take the ball into 39 - 0 territory.

Shortly after, Michael Seers caught a pass from Brooker and the stormed around a TW3 Defence and left them in tatters scoring his first try for the club.
Brooker flew through TW3 running unhindered to the top left corner of the try line and planted easily to get his second try while Swais, once again, got another conversion.

Minky then Smashes through a demoralised defence again to get his hat-trick try!

Sexy Dom then got his second try as he ran un-phased by the shabby defence and scored a try under the post and followed it with a drop kick conversion.

The Warriors finished the game with an amazing 63-0 victory over a totally unprepared and completely demoralized TW3 team.
The Warriors showed their worth today and have their eyes on the prize to finish high at the end of the season.

Every player played their part today and the team totally deserved the win they fought to get.

Full credit to Tunbridge Wells 3's for not giving up and trying their best but on the day, the Warriors were unbeatable.

Well played boys. Well played!!
