Wednesbury Hockey Cub Junior Festival
Sunday 11th July.
100 young players from 4 clubs took part,
U8s
Wednesbury played 3 matches v Sutton HC ,winning 2 and drawing 1,
U10s
Wednesbury beat Wolverhampton 12-0 ,beat Streetly 3-1 and drew 1-1 with Sutton ,but won the tournament on goal difference.
U12s
Wednesbury beat Wolverhampton 8-0,beat Streetly 6-2,and beat Sutton 13-3 to win their section-all players received engraved medals,thanks to the support of Hydesville Towers School ,a good day was had by all!
