Wellingborough Old Grammarians Rugby Club have launched Rugbycise, an innovative way to get fit whilst having fun and socialising with friends, new and old!

Taking place every Tuesday, from 7 pm til 8.20 pm, Rugbycise is open to everyone.

You don't need any previous experience of playing rugby, all you need is yourself.

What you need to know:

• Everyone's invited
• Touch rugby (no contact!)
• No previous experience needed
• Free to attend
• Make new friends
