Welwyn's girls and parents enjoy a weekend of rugby at Worthing
Sunshine and success for the girls at the Worthing Girls 10s Festival
What a fantastic bank holiday weekend of rugby it was for Welwyn's girls section down at the Worthing 10s Festival. Always a good event, this year was even more enjoyable and showed once again how quickly the girls game standards and numbers playing the sport are growing across the country.
With an opportunity to play teams we don't normally play, it's also an event where many new friendships are made and relationships between clubs built.
The girls all had a great time and that of course is the most important part of the whole weekend but we also need to celebrate our successes!
