West Bank completed the double over the Atoms after an early scare

The Bears were looking at their strongest for some time but it was the visitors that impressed early on to take a 10-0 lead.
West Bank came roaring back however to take an 18 to 10 advantage at the break.

Heysham hit back and with the Bank having a man in the Sin Bin and the score at 22 a piece the outlook didn't look good.

But with a scintillating brand of rugby West Bank established control to run out impressive winners.

A well needed win cam about with try doubles from Dean French, Duncan Curphey and Craig Lawton and scores from Ryan Bates and Liam O'Connor. Shaun McWhirter knocked over five conversions.

Ryan Bates was Man of the Match.
