Westoe captain Gareth Nesbit admitted that his side are "killing themselves" after crashing to their fifth straight defeat of the season.

A strong Preston side, even without England rugby league legend Sean Long, ran-out comfortable winners at Wood Terrace.
The game was as good as over as a contest after 12 minutes with tries from Philip Baines, Lewis Allen, Sean Taylor and Dominic Moon all coming in a ferocious opening spell from the visitors.
Nesbit felt that his side had given themselves far too much to do to get back into the game.
He said: "We stood off Preston from the very start of the game and simply failed to come out of the blocks.
"We were 21-0 down inside 10 minutes and it was just far too big a margin to claw back.
"In the second half we came out and managed to stop the rot and only conceded seven more points, but that is not what we're about at Westoe.
"Although we are bottom of the league we haven't been cut adrift yet. Its an uphill battle but it is a one that we won't give up on."
Winger Baines got the scoring underway almost immediately from the kick off, touching down after running the length of the pitch with only a minute on the clock.
Fly half Allen ran home just three minutes later and it was with nine minutes on the clock that full back Taylor scored the third for the Grasshoppers.
The bonus point was secured after 11 minutes when No.8 Moon ran it home to shellshock the home side.
The Shieldsmen's first points were put on the board by hooker Richie Thirkell after he bundled his way over the try line after 17 minutes.
After 30 minutes, Preston extended their lead with a try from Matthew Hughes, scrum half Samuel Kindred added another just four minutes later to make it 40-5 at the break.
Westoe fly half David Haswell added Westoe's second try in the 54th before Baines got his second, and Preston's seventh, just five minutes later.
Preston replacement Alistair Murray was sin binned for a technical offence after 65 minutes and the South Tynesiders made the most of the numerical advantage three minutes later when lock John Younghusband ran home their third try of the game.
Westoe director of rugby Andy Howells admitted that the game was grim viewing but he is working hard on trying to bring in some new faces to help the cause.
He said: "We are working very hard on getting a few new signings in before the game next week against Hull.
"We hope to make a couple of announcements in the week ahead and we will be looking to strengthen further on top of that."
