LATEST COVID GUIDELINES
What a week, first the club had to quickly get together and put in place measure to meet the government’s new coronavirus guidelines and then as of midnight last night Leeds went into additional lockdown measure bringing us into line with Bradford, Kirklees, and Calderdale.

How does that affect us as a club?

Following the Government update on Tuesday and changes to local lockdown as of midnight last night, here is the guidelines/rules we must now adhere to.

Training and Ready4Rugby*
*You can continue to take part in organised sporting or licensed physical activity in groups of more than 6. This can be in any public place – indoors or outdoors – but not in a private outdoor space like a garden or inside a private home.

The activities will need to follow the RFU guidelines to ensure we are covid secure, which means follow the RFU Level D guidance on what activities can take place, ensure the activity is paused every 15 mins to sanitise hands and equipment and that contact activities are kept to a minimum and that teams, ensure players, coaches and parents are socially distancing at all times and that you as a team have a process to self-screen players before training and take an attendance register at training. (Most teams are doing this through Team App) If you are not using Team App, we strongly advise that you look to start, if not you will need to keep a paper copy of player self-screening and attendance.

Face Coverings *
You are required to wear a face covering on entering the club and until you’re seated. When you’re seated you can take it off but if you get up to leave/visit the toilet you’ll need to put the mask back on please.

Track & Trace *
Please sign in at the table at the top of the stairs – you must do this please.
If you own a Smartphone please download the NHS COVID-19 APP and scan the QR code on one of the posters situated around the club house.

Table Service *
It will be table service only so please do not stand at the bar to get served – you will be politely asked to take a seat.
Closing time will be at 10pm – last orders will be at 9.30pm and the club house will be locked at 10.00pm

The Rule of 6 *
NO groups of more than 6 sat together. It is advised that you do not socialise with people you do not live with unless they are in, you’re support bubble.
Seating is arranged with 6 seats per table – please do not move tables or chairs, if the rule of 6 is not being followed you will be politely asked to comply.

Bar Cards and Membership *
Just a quick reminder that if you haven’t paid your membership by 30th September then your bar card will not be active until you have paid.

Kitchen*
The kitchen will be open on Sunday from 10am to 2pm for breakfast takeaway.

We are in unprecedented times and we still want you to come to the club and enjoy a drink, please don’t be offended if you are asked to follow the above guidelines, and if you are asked please comply.

We all have a part to play so please follow the above.
Many thanks
The Committee of Volunteers
