• Pre-season mixed training starts Wednesday 9th August, 7:30 till 9pm throughout August, all members (13 years+) welcome
• Ladies training starts Tuesday 5th September 7:30 till 9pm (year 8+)
• Boys Colts starts Wednesday 20th September 6:15 till 7:15pm (years 8 & 9)
• Men’s training starts Wednesday 6th September 7:30 till 9pm (year 10+)
• Walking Hockey continues throughout the summer on a Thursday 7:15 till 8:15pm
• Back2Hockey starts Wednesday 9th August and runs for 4 weeks
• Juniors start the week commencing September 11th 6 – 7pm

Clarification of Junior age-groups
U14s year 8 & 9 Thursdays 6 - 7pm
U12s year 6 & 7 Mondays 6 – 7pm
U10s year 4 & 5 Wednesday 6 – 7pm

England Hockey Game Management System (GMS) – 13 years old +
You must register YOURSELF on GMS before playing a league hockey match or the Club will receive a fine. You only have to do this once ever unless you change club. Please follow this link to register England Hockey

Teamo is our main route of communication and payment. The new season on Teamo will go live on September 1st. All players attending training must be fully signed up on this app as a ‘Club’ member and to the relevant teams. Existing members should log-out and back in to ensure you are on the latest version of the app. Please try to check Teamo weekly for news updates and to mark your availability for matches.

- Dashboard: where important club updates and details of club events are posted

- Notifications: you will receive a notification if selected for a match, for payment requests, about new calendar events (notifications can be silenced, see below)

- Calendar: where training, fixtures, socials will be posted. Take a minute to look at these and mark whether you are available with the tick/ cross; do NOT leave blank

- Chats: you can chat to other club members through chats. Also, once selected for a match, your captain may use a chat to communicate further information

- The dropdown menu at the top left of your screen is where you can refresh your Teamo account (important), access your payments, membership options and match fees, and change your settings (silence notifications!)

Please bear in mind that Teamo does not update instantly, so on a match day if you need to speak to your Captain/ team mate, please phone/text

Social (occasional Vets games) £20 Match fee £5.00

Polite reminders:
 All membership fees should be paid (or first instalment) before the end of September
 It is the responsibility of all players to provide their own PPE – shin guards, mouth guard and gloves (box, face masks, GK equipment where applicable).
 All Under 18s attending training sessions or playing in a match, must have shin pads and a mouth guard; hand guards are strongly recommended.
 All players under 14 years old, should be escorted to and from the pitch to avoid children running out across the car park.
